How the sale works

Private EOI. Shown to the right buyers.

A direct private sale with a clear process for serious buyers, from initial interest through to a private inspection and written offer.

Sandy track winding through native vegetation on the property

You cannot just drop in.

Unannounced visits will be turned away at the gate and any EOI that follows will be rejected without further reply. This is our family home and an active working farm — please respect both.

No rush — settlement targeted late 2026.

We're not in a hurry. Our preferred settlement is around the end of the year so it lines up with school changes for our kids. Earlier or later settlement can be discussed with the right buyer — flexibility on terms matters more to us than speed.

1 · Submit your EOI online

Use the form on the home page. Name, phone, EOI amount, funding and timeframe are compulsory. The more honestly you answer, the faster you move.

2 · Owner reviews personally

Every submission is read by us. We're looking for serious, qualified buyers — not weekend lookers.

3 · Qualification call

If we want to take it further, we call you. We'll discuss funding, timing, intended use and ID requirements.

4 · Private inspection by appointment

Only after the above. Photo ID is required on the day. No public open homes — the property is shown to the right buyers by appointment only.

5 · Best & final offer

Following inspection, qualified buyers are invited to submit a best-and-final written offer with conditions.

What we ask for

EOI amount, timeframe, funding source, lender pre-approval status, proof of funds, intended use, and ID on inspection.

All contact in writing first

Contact Jake on 0434 171 019, email lifeintheoutbackprofile@gmail.com, or use the EOI form.
